Caramel Layer Brownies

Ingredients

1 German Chocolate cake mis
3 TBSP. flour
3/4 cup melted butter
5 oz. can evaporated milk
Milk chocolate chips
14 oz. caramels

Instructions

Melt caramels and 1/2 of milk on stove. Mix cake mix, flour, butter, 1/2 milk. Press 2/3 batter in bottom of a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 6 minutes.
Remove from oven; sprinkle 1/2 chocolate chips then spread caramel sauce them more chocolate chips. Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls on top.
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
